Hope you see a little sun soon in Seattle. At least there are friends, family and cookies to brighten your day in the meantime. We almost have too much sun this week in Iowa – with 90 degree temps too. Think I need a cold glass of lemonade with my next cookie.

Seattle is a little lacking in the sunshine department right now but I do have friends and family and I am so hoping to have these cookies really, really soon! I love that you used fresh pineapple.
