These banana cupcakes have a gooey caramel pecan center and can be topped two different ways: 1. with crunchy toasted coconut or 2. with a chocolate cream cheese frosting. You can’t go wrong with either one.

Clean Out Your Pantry Granola
This recipe should be called Cranberry Cherry Chocolate Chip Coconut Pecan Honey Maple Peanut Butter Chewy Granola Bars, but that is quite a mouthful. In short, I cleaned out my pantry. Never before has spring cleaning tasted so good.
I cannot tell a lie. I baked the cherry chocolate chip coffee cookies. I promise I did not chop down a cherry tree to make these cookies. I used dried tart cherries from the grocery store. However, I did steal the last cup of coffee to make them.
