Connie’s Pie Crust

2 cups flour
1 cup shortening
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
Mix together flour and salt. Cut in shortening. Stir in milk. Separate into two piles, and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill before rolling.

Makes two crusts.
