Roddie’s Pie Crust

1 cup lard
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
ice water (about 1/2 cup)

Instructions:
Mix together flour and salt. Cut in lard. Stir in water. Separate into two piles, and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill before rolling.

Makes two crusts.
